He added as a result TOP PEAK settled in a midfield position where it travelled comfortably. |
5 | 12 | BIENVENUE (J490) | Jumped only fairly and shortly afterwards was steadied when crowded between WITH A SMILE and DO YOUR PART which jumped awkwardly and shifted in. For some distance near the 150 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running when improving between SKY CAP and WITH A SMILE, both of which shifted ground slightly. |

10 | 14 | HAPPY FOR ALL (H181) | From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Approaching the 100 Metres was shifted to the inside of SKY CAP in an attempt to obtain clear running but shortly afterwards was steadied when disappointed between TOP PEAK and SKY CAP which shifted in, resulting in HAPPY FOR ALL not being able to be fully tested to the finish of the event. Noted to have bled from both nostrils after the race. Before being allowed to race again, HAPPY FOR ALL will be required to perform satisfactorily in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. |
11 | 3 | TACTICAL COMMAND (H197) | Shifted in on jumping and was bumped. From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. After the event, D McDonogh stated that he was obliged to settle back in the field from his wide barrier and in the Home Straight TACTICAL COMMAND finished the race off only fairly, however, he was not too disappointed with its effort over the concluding stages. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. |

A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. Noted to have lost its right front plate after the race. <31/3/2025 Additional Veterinary Report> DASHING PAL, which performed disappointingly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings. DASHING PAL was again examined by the Veterinary Surgeon at the stables of Trainer W K Mo this afternoon and found to have sustained a tendon injury to both front legs. Before being allowed to race again, DASHING PAL will be subjected to an official veterinary examination. |
