2 1 DIAMOND PRINCE (CJ172) M Du Plessis -- Awkwardly away, regathered to race outside leader, had an easy time with lack of pace on, applied pressure on circle, hit lead on turning and eventually fought off leader, couldn't withstand charge of winner late. (Still green.)
3 4 TOUCH MORE (CJ180) Y T Cheng -- Ordinary jump, couldn't go early speed and dropped 4Ls off lead, pushed along on circle, still had job to do turning, only warmed up late making plenty of ground to fill place.
4 5 WILFRED'S PET (CJ155) G Boss -- Began best, took lead easily, set very slow sections in front and overraced in early stages, held a narrow advantage on turning, headed but kept fighting to 200 M before run ended late.
